1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 30,58,085 as well as 6% per annum from March 2, 2019 to July 9, 2019, and the next day.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act (Provided, That the part of the claim for partial damages due to the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., and the rate of delay damages from June 1, 2019 to 12% per annum, shall be dismissed).
