At around 15:55 on October 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) considered that the wife and children of the Defendant living in his/her house located in Ulsan-gu B; (b) considered that the wife and children of the Defendant living in the said house were living in the said house; and (c) found that the Defendant waiting outside the gate, waiting outside the gate, opened the gate and entered into the gate; and (d) went into the said gate to the 2nd floor of the said house, and intruded on the victim’s residence.
