A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On June 27, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court on June 27, 2008, and a fine of two hundred and five million won for the same crime in the Suwon District Court on October 30, 2009.
1. On September 30, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven a B-A-purt Transport Vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.168% under the influence of alcohol around 08:40 on September 30, 2018, and driven the two-lane road in front of the E-A-gurgary Zone in accordance with the uppermost Number 12 (YO-dong) upstream-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si.
Under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven the said car while driving the car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, such as walking, while driving the car at a narrow distance, and the Defendant was unable to properly look at the front direction of the Defendant, and was driving the car at the front direction of the Defendant, thereby suffering from the injury of the victim C (the 53-year-old driver), who was driving the car at the front direction of the Defendant (the 53-year-old driver), by taking the front part of the driver, and taking approximately two weeks of medical treatment for the victim C, and suffered from the injury, such as the flus and the damage of the power line, etc. of the victim E (the 57-year-old driver) who was on board the said car.
As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the injury of people.
2. Around 08:40 on September 30, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-hurd-hurged vehicle with a 3km alcohol concentration of 0.168% in alcohol level from the near F of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the front of the Emba-gu, Ansan-si (Yaodong).
