The defendant is a staff member in charge of steel cutting work in the D operation of the victim C in Bupyeong-si, B.

1. On January 19, 2019, at around 04:57, the Defendant: (a) cancelled the factory entrance guards by using a security card held by ordinary person D; and (b) intruded into the factory; and (c) cut off the metal plates owned by the victim by carrying approximately 24 tons of the metal plates in advance.

2. On January 26, 2019, around 05:21, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the factory with the aforementioned method at the above location, and stolen approximately 24 tons of iron plates owned by the victim into E, and loaded them into the large bitler.

3. Around 03:00 on February 23, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the factory with the aforementioned method at the above location, and then stolen approximately 26 tons of the iron plate owned by the victim on a large bitr and loaded it on E.

4. On March 13, 2019, around 04:27, the Defendant intruded into the factory with the aforementioned method at the above location, and then stolen approximately 19 tons of the iron plates owned by the victim into E, and loaded them into the large bitler.

5. On March 23, 2019, around 05:13, 2019, the Defendant intruded into the factory with the aforementioned method at the above location, and stolen approximately 26 tons of the iron plates owned by the victim on E, while carrying them in a large scraper.

6. On March 30, 2019, around 05:01, the Defendant intruded into the factory with the aforementioned method at the above location, and then stolen approximately 15 tons of the iron plate owned by the victim into E, and loaded it on the large bitler.

As a result, the Defendant invadedd the victim's structure at night over six times, and stolen approximately 134 tons of steel plates with a total market value of KRW 134 million.
