At around 22:50 on October 26, 2020, the Defendant driven Dworka car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.123% from the Do in front of the “C” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Mapo-gu, Seoul to the front road of approximately 52 'Mayang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu.’
