1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall be KRW 80,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 12, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

Basic Facts

On June 18, 2015, the Plaintiff, as a broker of Defendant C, leased 303 units of multi-family houses on the third floor D’s ground (hereinafter “instant house”) owned by Defendant B, with the lease deposit of KRW 80,00,000, and the lease term of KRW 27, 2015 from July 27, 2015 to July 27, 2017 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”), and around that time, paid the said lease deposit to Defendant B.

A 2-dong 2, other than the instant house, was constructed on the ground of 527 square meters above the instant house, which is a site for the instant housing.

Before the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, the maximum debt amount of 390,000,000 won, which is the mortgagee, had already been set up prior to the conclusion of the instant lease agreement.

The lease relationship with respect to the instant house is as shown in the following table, and the strong writing portion is the lessee, and the sum of the lease deposit is 430,000,000 won.

On the other hand, regarding the second house, E has been leased from March 24, 2015 to March 4, 2017, with a lease deposit of KRW 160,00,000.
