1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000, and Defendant B and D with respect thereto from December 21, 2018, and Defendant.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Claim against Defendant B or D: Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
2. Claim against Defendant C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
