1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 608,412,376 and the amount of KRW 307,203,623 from July 23, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on June 12, 2008, lent to the Defendant the amount of KRW 300 million (16.5% per annum for delay damage) and KRW 180 million per annum on August 18, 2008 (16.5% per annum for delay damage). The Plaintiff seeking the payment of principal and interest out of the above loans.
