Reasons

1. On December 10, 209, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 161,820,00 to the Defendant on December 31, 201 with a loan maturity of KRW 161,820,00 (hereinafter the above loans referred to as “instant loan transaction agreement”) on December 31, 201. The Plaintiff guaranteed the Defendant’s obligation to repay the above loans to the Plaintiff on July 1, 2015. The above overdue interest rate of KRW 13.05% per annum, interest rate of KRW 78,873,949, and legal expenses of KRW 578,410 per annum from the day following the above 205th anniversary of the above legal interest rate of KRW 25th anniversary of the above legal interest rate of KRW 205,00 per annum from the above legal interest rate of KRW 205,000 per annum, KRW 241,820,000 per annum, KRW 15,784,797, etc. of the above legal interest rate per annum
