Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
A person, other than a marina society, shall not engage in any conduct similar to a riding vote in connection with a racing conducted by a marina society to provide property or financial benefits to the enemy, and no one shall engage in gambling using such conduct.
Nevertheless, around January 15, 2016, the Defendant visited the Defendant’s home located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to become a member, and then transferred KRW 3,000,000 to the E company bankingF account in the name of E company designated by the site operators, after receiving 3,00,000 won from the E company bank account in the name of E company designated by the site operators, carried out the course of charging cyber money, and then gambling by receiving the winning money according to the deficit, from that time until March 27, 2016.
