On October 23, 2015, the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment in the military service in the name of the head of the regional military affairs office in North Korea, where he was a person subject to enlistment in the active duty service for women and witnesses, and “be enlisted in the Army Training Center in the Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City as of November 23, 2015,” and “be enlisted in the Army Training Center in the Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.”

Nevertheless, without justifiable grounds, the defendant did not enlist within three days from the date of enlistment.
