1. Around August 2011, the Defendant: (a) while residing in Jeju City C, filed a complaint with the Gyeongnam-gu Police Station for fraud; and (b) came to know that it is currently under investigation, he was aware of the fact that he was under investigation; (c) was aware of his identity at the airport transit site; (d) thereby, he forged an identification card under the name of another, and thus was able to use it.

On September 9, 2011, the Defendant: (a) sent his/her photograph to an account of the e-mail known to the e-mail address; (b) sent his/her photograph to the 1,500,000 won to the e-mail address; and (c) forged a driver’s license for E with the Defendant’s photograph affixed by using the Defendant’s photograph transmitted at the e-mail address around that time by using the Defendant’s photograph and then sent it to the e-mail address; and (d) then, on September 2011, the Defendant forged a driver’s license for E with the Defendant’s photograph attached to the Defendant’s photograph by using the Defendant’s photograph transmitted at the e-mail address at that time.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a driver's license for E in the name of the director of the Daegu Provincial Police Agency, a public document, for the purpose of exercising his name in collusion with the person who was not injured.

B. On September 201, 201, the Defendant sent his/her photograph to the NA account by using the computer to forge his/her identification card, and then remitted one million won to the NA account. The Defendant, at around that time, forged a driver’s license with respect to F with respect to which the Defendant’s photograph was attached by using the Defendant’s photograph transmitted at the NA site, and then sent the said driver’s license to the Jeju International Airport Freight Office located in the Dokdong-si, Jeju Ships on September 201, 201.
