The participatory telephone financing fraud organization of the Defendants was made by phone call from Thailand to an unspecified number of victims from the beginning, and had no intention and ability to open a low interest bank Mypbook from the beginning. The Defendants, together with G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N,O, and name influence, shared the names and roles of the employees of the National Bank to be named as above; Defendant A, from June 19, 2014 to October 17, 2014; and from December 13, 2014 to January 12, 2015 (the above A, to Thailand on June 19, 2014); and Defendant A, from June 19, 2014 to October 17, 2014, from December 13, 2014 to January 12, 2015;
