Meanwhile, on June 23, 2005, E completed the registration of ownership transfer for a building listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) on the same day, E completed the registration of ownership transfer for reasons of sale to J on the same day, and J completed the registration of ownership transfer for the Defendant on March 11, 2009.
