except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 12, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on March 12, 2012, and on August 24, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 5 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the official capital support of the Daejeon District Court on August 24, 2012.

On October 31, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven C Poter in a section of about 200 meters prior to the arrival of the primary indoor landscaping in the Gu, where the blood alcohol concentration of 0.110% is under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license.
