1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 13, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) the unpaid balance of KRW 20,500,000, out of the total amount of goods (bibers) supplied to the Defendant between January 31, 2011 and May 31, 201; and (b) the damages for delay thereon.

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (Judgment without holding any pleadings due to the submission of a written reply);
