1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of the buildings listed in the attached list, the two-storys of 309 square meters and three-storys of 189.72 square meters are handed over, and B.
1. On February 18, 2019, Plaintiff 2 and three floors (hereinafter “instant commercial building”) among the buildings listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant on February 18, 2019: (a) as lease deposit KRW 30,000,000; (b) monthly rent of KRW 3,750,000 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply); and (c) as of February 28, 2019 through February 28, 2019; (b) continuously occupied and used the instant commercial building after being transferred from the Plaintiff around February 28, 2019; and (c) as the Plaintiff did not entirely pay the rent to the Defendant after November 28, 2019; and (d) as the delivery of the copy of the instant complaint to the Defendant, the notification of the termination of the said lease agreement or the termination of the said obligation due to overdue delay (on April 10, 2020).
