[Power of crime] On August 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Changwon Prison on September 11, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. On April 11, 2017, the Defendant violated the Urban Gas Business Act: (a) around 14:35, the Defendant operated gas supply facilities by operating the front valves of the gas measuring instruments installed in the building connected to the G located in the Dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, in order to make it out of the house, and (b) in order to make it out of the house, I operated the gas supply facilities without the consent of the urban gas business entity.

4. Crimes against victims I;

A. On April 20, 2017, around 08:00 around 08:0, the Defendant was owned by the victim who was gathering cement brick (10cm in width, 8cm in length, 5cm in thickness) that is a dangerous object in the vicinity of the Victim I’s house on the ground that the victim does not want the Defendant.
