1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and 60% per annum from April 24, 2004 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Claim against Defendant 1: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
