Ⅰ. All Facts

1. On March 3, 1997, the Defendant entered the Incheon National University Sacheon University Sacheon University Economic Division (hereinafter “Wacheon University”). On 2002, the Defendant served as the principal officer of the ordinary university’s council of students at the above university on 2002, and as the president of the X-nam District Committee for Students at the relevant university on 2003. On 2005, the Defendant graduated from the above university and thereafter served as the vice-chairperson of the Committee at the Yancheon-si Committee, the Defendant was dissolved following the Constitutional Court’s decision to dissolve the unconstitutional political party.

On November 26, 2011, the Defendant established the progressive democratic regime in South Korea, and performed the role of having an organization and continuously operating it, such as preparing preparing members for the establishment of the Z (hereinafter referred to as “Z”), members of the society for formation-type events, and data collection distributed in formation forms, while serving as members of the Z, executive members, and educational members. Furthermore, the Defendant performed a key role in the activities of the Z. “AA Cooperatives”, “AB,” which is a financing organization of the Z, has established a progressive democratic regime in South Korea, and performed the role of enabling AC in charge of managing funds of the Z to continuously operate the Z as an organization, such as conducting financial transactions with the AC in the course of performing its duties.

In addition, the Defendant, a subordinate organization of the Z, played a role in organizing the “AD” and forming and operating the “AD” as a joint representative, executive chairperson, and operating member, and played a role in expanding the Z to local communities while performing the duties of the promoters and operating members of “AE”, a subordinate organization of another Z.

2. After the Defendant entered the YY campus and the University Industrial Chemical Department in the Macheon-si, Macheon-si, around March 1994, the Defendant organized the “AF,” which is an organization of non-disclosure activities at the above university around December 1995, and was elected as the planning director of the student conference on January 1, 1996. At the same time, the Defendant was elected as the president of the female student council on November 1, 1996, and entered the “AG,” and signed the “AG,” a representative of the two organizations.
