1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 230,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 12, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff seeking reimbursement of the amount of KRW 230,00,000 for loans to the Defendant and the amount of delay damages calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from July 12, 2017 to the date of full payment under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., which is clear as the day following the delivery date of a copy of the application for the instant payment order.
2. Judgment by public notice on the basis of recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
