(a)on delivery of all the buildings listed in the Schedule;

(b) 6,400,000 won and this shall apply thereto;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. From October 1, 2015, damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Dismissal Part (Presidential Decree No. 26553), is not acknowledged (see Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the foregoing Regulations).
