1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 63,393,271 as well as 15% per annum from April 4, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Judicial confession of applicable provisions of law (Article 288 of the Civil Procedure Act, Defendant B, as the reply of April 25, 2017, resisted the Plaintiff’s defense of repayment, accepted both the Defendant’s defense of repayment, and changed the purport of the claim and the cause of the claim on April 26, 2017, and the Defendant stated on May 24, 2017 that all the Plaintiff’s claims were present at the date of pleading and made a statement that recognized the Plaintiff’s claims)
