Punishment of the crime
1. A person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business for defendant A shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport;
A. On March 28, 2014, the Defendant, without registering with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, requested the cancellation of the establishment value of the speed limit device for F (110km)-based buses at the 2nd floor parking lot in Gwangju-gu E-2, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant: (a) voluntarily cancelled the value of the speed limit installation (10km) and 4.50,000 won; (b) received a demand for the cancellation of the speed limit device; and (c) obtained a total of 90,000,000 won by re-establishing the speed limit device using the foregoing equipment and receiving KRW 4.50,000,000 from the operator of the said bus at the 2nd floor parking lot in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu; and (d) obtained a delivery of 4.50,000 won for the said vehicle through the Internet.
B. On September 8, 2015, the Defendant, without registering with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, operated K on the road near the Seo-gu Seo-gu Youth Training Center in Gwangju, Seo-gu.
In response to the request for re-establishment of the speed limit system (110 km) of L New Franchising bus, the above vehicle used road map development equipment and street franchising equipment purchased through the Internet as above, voluntarily re-establishing the speed limit system (110 km) and raising profits by receiving 150,000 won delivery to the diagnosis machine.

The defendant operated N on December 2, 2015 without registering with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, where speed-restricted devices are cancelled in the front of the Gwangju Mine-gu M.
O.5 A request for re-establishment of a speed limitation device for cargo vehicles (90 km) with a tonnage of 4.5 tons, and such re-establishment is made by using road map doping equipment and strip-North, etc. purchased through the Internet as above.
