1. The Defendant’s reason for division of property from the Plaintiff on November 20, 2013.
1. Indication of claim: On November 20, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed that the Plaintiff’s share (1/2) in the vehicle indicated in the separate sheet as property division shall belong to the Defendant, while the agreement is reached between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
Unlike the above agreement, the defendant operated only a motor vehicle without complying with the procedure for the registration of the motor vehicle.
Until now, the plaintiff urged the defendant to submit all documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership to the defendant, but is still operating without the registration of transfer of ownership of the motor vehicle.
