1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 67,663,095 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 21, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, Gap evidence Nos. 5 through 8, Gap evidence No. 10, and Gap evidence No. 111 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff shall supply the defendant with a multiple seal of 162,045,545 won in total from December 2, 2015 to July 2016, and received the price of the goods of KRW 94,00,000 from the defendant from February 2016 to September 2016. On the other hand, according to the fact that there are defects in the goods of KRW 382,450, which the plaintiff supplied to the defendant, the plaintiff was found on Oct. 10, 2016 and thus returned to the plaintiff at the rate of KRW 67,045,50,500,000,000 for the goods of this case and KRW 164,505,205
2. On the part of the defendant's argument, the defendant asserts that there are additional defects in addition to the defective goods recognized in the preceding paragraph from the plaintiff, and therefore, the amount should be deducted or offset from the price of the unpaid goods.
Therefore, even if all the evidence presented by the defendant are combined, it is insufficient to recognize whether there are additional defects in the multi-use stamp supplied by the plaintiff. Thus, the defendant's above assertion is without merit without further review as to the remaining points.
3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
