The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving Class B trucks.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall be prohibited from stopping or parking a motor vehicle in a place corresponding to the sidewalk, crosswalk, road crossing, or the sidewalk and roadway separated from each other.

Nevertheless, at around 18:12 on May 17, 2017, the Defendant set the above truck in order to carry the delivery request on the front day of the Gangdong-gu Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seongbuk-dong 25 (Songdong-dong-dong).
