1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,000,000 and the interest rate from January 4, 2019 to the date of full payment.
1. The cause of the claim shall be as shown in the Appendix of the Director;
2. However, the Defendants are deemed to have led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act because they do not clearly dispute the facts alleged by the Plaintiff.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 150,000,000 won with 15% interest per annum from January 4, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint (payment order).
3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is justified.
