On December 10, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the Daegu District Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) and completed the execution of the sentence at the port prison on July 6, 2013.

1. On February 3, 2016, at around 22:48, the Defendant used the gap in E operated by the victim D in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, which had no manager, to intrude into the workplace in the said shipbuilding yard through the said shipbuilding yard, and cut spons, which were prepared in advance, and sponsed with approximately 90m-type work electric wires and approximately 50m-type work electric wires equivalent to KRW 180,000,000 at the market price of the victim F, which was located in the said shipbuilding yard, and approximately 10,000,000,000 won at the victim D’s market price, and then moved the relevant electric wires to the factory, removed the clothes thereof, and removed them, and laid off the spons that were prepared in advance after leaving only the spons.

On February 6, 2016, the Defendant, at around 20:35, 2016, searched and cut at the same place as indicated in the preceding port, and then removed 100 meters of the market price of each of the victim D, each of which was located in the said place, from approximately 35,00m-type Acke lines of approximately 245,00,000 square meters in the market price, and approximately 70m-type electric wires of 25,000 square meters in the market price, and 25m-type electric wires of 20,000,000 in the market price. After cutting 10m-type electric wires of 10,000 in the front port, the Defendant: (a) removed the two non-work electric wires of KRW 60,000 in the thickness of the market price of the victim H-owned in the shipbuilding yard and then removed them from it with only the victim’s joint container and its market price.
