(1) The plaintiff's attorney changed the claim for damages for delay from the fifth pleading to the purport of the claim that "the defendant shall pay to each plaintiff 9,768,00 won with 20% per annum from September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day after the day after the last complaint of this case was served on him/her." The plaintiff withdrawn the lawsuit against the defendant D, E, and F, and the lawsuit against the defendant G became final and conclusive by the settlement recommendation decision (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
