A. On August 25, 2009, the Plaintiff filed a loan claim lawsuit against the Defendant with this Court Order 2009Da1332, and was sentenced to a judgment in favor of the Plaintiff on August 25, 2009, stating that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 44,600,000 and interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from May 2, 2009 to the date of full payment.” The judgment became final and conclusive on September 11, 2009.
