1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 50,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s KRW 7.952% per annum from April 30, 2018 to May 29, 2018; and (b) May 30, 2018.
1. The plaintiff asserts as the cause of the claim of this case as shown in the annexed sheet
(However, the creditor or the debtor refers to the defendant). 2. It is deemed that the defendant led to the confession of the fact that the plaintiff's assertion was the cause of the claim in accordance with Article 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
Although the defendant submitted a written objection against the payment order, it is merely an objection against the payment order, and it does not clearly dispute the cause of the plaintiff's claim.
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 50,00,00 and the amount of KRW 7.952% per annum from April 30, 2018 to May 29, 2018; 10.952% per annum from May 30, 2018 to June 29, 2018; and 13.952% per annum from June 30, 2018 to the date of full payment.
