1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 280,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 19, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the fact that the plaintiff lent KRW 280 million to the defendant on May 9, 2007 with the due date set on August 10, 2007. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 19, 2015 to the day after the due date for payment.
