1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on March 27, 2019 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is partially amended to set the “interest rate prescribed by Presidential Decree” at 12/100 per annum on May 21, 2019, and came into force on June 1, 2019. As such, the portion of the claim for delayed payment from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment shall be cited only for the portion calculated at the rate of 12/10 per annum, and the remainder shall be dismissed.
