1. The defendant is based on the sale on March 23, 2007 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On March 23, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate sales contract with the Defendant for each real estate listed in the separate sheet, and paid the price in full, thus seeking the implementation of the procedure for registration of ownership transfer.
