Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On December 19, 201, the suspect was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million by the Seoul Western District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.
Around 00:30 on April 9, 2020, the Defendant driven DMW car from approximately 100 meters from the front road of Yongsan-gu, Seoul to the front road of the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol 0.12% of blood alcohol level.
Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

1. Previous convictions indicated in judgment: Application of Acts and subordinate statutes concerning criminal records and investigation reports;
1. Relevant provisions of Article 148-2 (1) and Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act concerning the facts constituting the crime;
1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
