Punishment of the crime
On August 30, 2016, the Defendant driven Brocketing car from around 500 meters around the same salary-day 45-6 front of the restaurant in the trade name, namely, in the influence of alcohol content 0.117% during the blood transfusion at around 23:16, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was driving from around 500 meters around the same salary-day 45-6.
