1. The defendant is among the plaintiff's multi-family housing for reinforced concrete C in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul and multi-family housing for the third floor.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: On October 30, 2013, the Defendant leased and resided on a deposit basis of KRW 180,000,000,000 monthly rent, and from November 5, 2013 to 24 months from November 5, 2015, the Defendant did not pay the difference from March 5, 2015.
Accordingly, the plaintiff terminated the lease contract by serving a duplicate of the complaint of this case, and claims the defendant to deliver the leased object.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
