1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 156,074,917 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 14, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda thereto are recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 14, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the complaint in this case, pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda. The claim for the portion exceeding this provision shall be dismissed.
