1. The plaintiff's appeal shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
According to the records, this court ordered the plaintiff on September 12, 2018, to pay additional KRW 169,700 for stamp of the first instance court and KRW 254,500 for stamp of the appellate court within seven days from the date of receipt of the order of correction with the plaintiff on September 12, 2018. The certified copy of the above order of correction was served on the plaintiff on September 17, 2018, and the plaintiff did not pay each of the above stamp.
In light of the above facts of recognition, the Plaintiff’s appeal is unlawful because it does not affix stamps under the provisions of law.
As such, it shall be dismissed in accordance with Article 413 of the Civil Procedure Act.
