1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 40,492,636 and KRW 40,000 among them, from October 11, 2019 to November 201, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant is only a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and he is absent on the date of pleading, so all of the plaintiff's arguments shall be regarded as a confession under Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
