6. By December 21, 200, the “G gas station” located in the F of Gwangju City: (a) leased three storage tanks from the owner of the business, and (b) by means of leasing the name of “J” from K, the operator of the “J” registered as the petroleum retail business in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I; (c) by being supplied with 215,759 liter, light oil 168,153 liter, and a total of 383,912 liters from Seoul petroleum (owner), the oil wholesaler registered as the petroleum retail business in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I; and (d) selling petroleum selling business by loading the light oil on the tank crori vehicle through employees B by loading it with light oil on the tank L construction site.

2. Defendant A and B

(a) No person who violates the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products;

Nevertheless, around June 21, 2012, the Defendants conspired to manufacture and sell fake transit mixed with low oil prices, and around June 21, 2012, Defendant B divided light oil and light oil into an O parking lot in the 10,000 liters-gun, and then transferred it to the 5,000 Tank-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant leased to the 5,000 Tank-ro vehicle with light oil mixed with light oil, and then manufactured fake petroleum products 753 liter in combination with light oil 5:95; immediately, the Defendant B manufactured 63 liter in the R construction equipment managed by Qu-gun, which was loaded into the L construction site, and loaded it into the 63 liter in the construction equipment, 349 liter in the construction equipment, 60 liter in the construction equipment, 60 U.S., 61, 614 in the construction equipment, and 15 163 liter in the aggregate of the construction equipment of the 5,016 liter in the construction equipment of the 165 tin.

B. The Defendants conspired to commit fraud at the same time and place as Paragraph (a).
