A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.
On June 29, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at around 02:15, and proceeded at about 40km each hour from the shooting distance of the motor vehicle to the intersection of Fzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzp
At the time, the surrounding area was kept at night, and in the same direction, the victim E (the age of 40) behind the vehicle was behind the driver's vehicle, and therefore, the person engaged in the driving of the vehicle was well aware of the situation, and there was a duty of care to secure and proceed with the safety distance that can be avoided when the driver's vehicle stops or drives the vehicle.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and found it late at the front of the running direction of the Defendant’s vehicle, which was driven by the Defendant’s negligence in the vicinity of the vehicle, and received the said part of the vehicle from the front of the said rocketing car, with the top part of the said vehicle.
