1. The Defendant’s KRW 54,600,000 as well as 5% per annum from December 24, 2013 to April 15, 2014 to the Plaintiff.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant and the Defendant entered into a mutual aid agreement with the Defendant on June 201, 201, with the deduction amount of KRW 100 million, which is a licensed real estate agent B and June 20, 201, and the period of mutual aid agreement between June 22, 201 and June 21, 2012.
B. B’s tort 1) On June 201, the Plaintiff became aware of the real estate accident that occurred through B’s brokerage. (2) The Plaintiff became aware of the place where the remaining money would be invested in B in the real estate transaction process.

He was aware of himself and deemed as being in trust to obtain a full-time income and to seek a sub-lessee, and the Plaintiff consented thereto.
3) B transferred KRW 27 million to the Plaintiff on July 201, 201, on July 1, 201, on the ground that “The house was a house which caused KRW 32 million, and may sublet the house as KRW 350,000 per month.” As such, the remainder of KRW 27 million ( KRW 32 million - KRW 5 million - KRW 5 million) was called “B” to the Plaintiff on July 20, 201, and the Plaintiff sent KRW 27 million to the Plaintiff on July 20, 2011. The Plaintiff transferred the leased object to the Plaintiff on July 20, 201, “Yeong-dong Da-dong 103 (hereinafter “the instant real estate object”): KRW 32 million, KRW 42 million: Do, Do, Do, Do, Do, Do: the date of the Plaintiff’s contract, and the Plaintiff’s certificate of credit on July 21, 2011.”
5) After October 201, B: (a) around October 201, “B had a house consisting of KRW 40 million as the object of the lease deposit; (b) obtained the house from the house as the whole to set up a deposit for rent of KRW 400,000 per month; and (c) subsequently, the Plaintiff remitted a total of KRW 40 million to B until October 12, 201.
