On February 3, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim F who reported and contacted the above writing at a coffee shop located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, stating that “The Defendant may benefit from the acquisition of a game item by installing 50-60 computer and running online games for 24 hours by using the automatic program, and then sell it in an item item. Of profits, the Defendant will take part of 60% of profits. Instead, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that money is needed to pay for the use fee of a game site and purchase equipment, and that money is paid.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim as the investment money for the business activity, he did not have the intent or ability to properly carry out the above business.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 9.5 million in total from the victim, including KRW 3 million on April 10, 2014, KRW 5 million on April 15, 2014, KRW 5 million on April 16, 2014, and KRW 1.5 million on April 16, 2014, from the Defendant’s mother’s agricultural bank account (H).
