In around 2016, the Defendant Company: (a) subcontracted out construction works for the outside of the complex (hereinafter “instant construction”); and (b) leased construction equipment, etc. for the instant construction to the Plaintiff (designated parties, hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) and the designated parties for the instant construction work from Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd., KS Construction Co., Ltd., Poco Construction (hereinafter “Modern Construction, KS Construction, and Poco Construction”); and (c) leased construction equipment, etc. for the instant construction work to the Plaintiff (designated parties, hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) and the designated parties.

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant Company made a written consent to the Plaintiff and the designated parties to the direct payment of the unpaid price to the Plaintiff and the designated parties as specified in the following attached Table.
