Punishment of the crime
On December 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on July 7, 2014, and for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on July 10, 2014, and for a violation of the said Act at the Seoul Central District Court on December 22, 2015, for ten months, and was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the said Act at the Seoul Central District Court on December 27, 2016, and on June 27, 2016, the Defendant was not a person who completed the execution of the final sentence at the Seoul East District Court, and is not a narcotics handler.
1. On October 22, 2016, around 23:38, 2016, the Defendant received two dices, a local mental medicine medicine, from E, from around 1.4g of the chromatic drugs at the coffee shop near the D District District located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “crophones”).
2. The provision and administration of merpters;
A. On October 26, 2016, around 23:00 on October 26, 2016, the Defendant injected Gel 403 located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City with approximately 0.1g philopon into H’s arms and administered the Defendant’s arms with approximately 0.15g philopon in the same manner.
B. On October 27, 2016, around 08:30, the Defendant injected the Defendant’s arms in the same way 0.15g philophones from Gelon No. 403, and administered them.

On October 27, 2016, at around 15:00 Gel 906, the Defendant injected I’s arms in the same way and provided approximately 0.1g opon to I’s blood cells, and administered the Defendant’s arms in the same way 0.1g of oponon.

On October 27, 2016, at around 23:00 Gel 906, the Defendant injected the Defendant’s arms in the same way 0.15g gramphones.
E. On October 28, 2016, around 11:00 G telephone 906, the Defendant injected and provided I’s arms in the same manner approximately 0.1g philophone ophone 0.1g, and administered the Defendant’s arms in the same manner.
