On February 27, 2016, at the defendant's house located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and the second floor, the defendant listened to the purport that he filed a petition from D, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station C police station, who was dispatched after receiving a report of domestic violence, and he saw the above police officer as follows: "I am a head of Espice, Nice, I am spice, I am a head of Spice, I am a head of Spice, I am a head of Spice, I am a head of Spice, and I am a head of the above police officer. As above, the Defendant interfered with the above police officers’ legitimate performance of duties concerning reports and crime prevention and control.
