On February 28, 2015, at around 06:20, the Defendant driven BM3 automobiles while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.120% in a section of about 50 meters in front of the Ghana Communications, located in the same Ri in front of the Parisbro, Jin-si, Kim Young-si, Kim Young-si.
