If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

1. Fraud;

A. A. Around January 25, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim C that “I would receive construction payment as completed by the Corporation if I would lend money out of the shortage of housing remodeling construction cost.”

However, even if the defendant borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to repay it.

The Defendant received 3 million won in the same place from the victim’s false statement, and received 2 million won in total from each of the victims at the same place around January 27, 2011.

B. Around March 29, 2011, the criminal defendant against the victim D made a false statement to the effect that “35 million won will run a house of 25 square meters on the face of the victim” to the victim at the victim’s residence located in Seocheon-si E. First, the defendant would start construction work immediately from April 15, 201, on the face of the construction material cost.”

However, even if the defendant received the above money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to leave the house.

The Defendant, as above, made a false statement to the victim, and received a total of KRW 6 million from the victim, including KRW 6 million on the same day and KRW 3 million on April 5, 201.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Labor Standards Act is an employer who has run a construction business, such as personal housing construction works in G, with eight full-time workers in the F residential area in the Hacheon-si.

When a worker retires, the employer shall pay wages, and all other money or valuables, within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred, unless otherwise agreed by the parties concerned about the extension of the due date.

Nevertheless, the Defendant served at the above construction site from April 13, 201 to April 29, 2011 and retired workers H on April 8, 2012, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, to four retired workers as well as KRW 825,00.
